Led and designed by Scott + Reid General Contractors, the park offers tenants a dedicated space to escape from workday rigors while enjoying the outdoors. Collaborating closely with the Scott + Reid team, Signature Illumination Designs developed a comprehensive lighting scheme to reimagine elegance at this world-class business park.
Designed with the tenants in mind, the outdoor setting accommodates gatherings of all sizes and provides tenants with a much-needed outdoor retreat. Extending the hours of enjoyment, our professional lighting designers incorporated advanced lighting techniques and cutting-edge fixtures throughout the park to create an immersive, comfortable and serene environment.
Security lighting is an important feature we subtly incorporated into our custom lighting design. The bollards, downlighting and tape lighting sprinkled throughout increase visibility and add a layer of safety for those working late.
To create quaint and intimate gathering areas, we installed benches with internal illumination. Designed in Italy, these benches are perfect for after-hour work events, adding an alluring beacon for guests and prospective tenants to enjoy the property’s amenities.
Drawing attention to the high-class landscape, our expert electricians installed uplights at the base of the trees to add texture and subtle points of illumination. In the large trees lining the edge of the park, we used moonlighting to provide a warm, inviting glow that’s delicately distributed throughout the park.
When harnessed effectively, lighting can become a nighttime artwork. Adding the final piece to this multifaceted outdoor setting, we placed a unique lighting installation to draw attention to the park’s water feature. Uplights were used at the base of the steel rods to provide an elegant, whimsical glow.
