The homeowners sought Signature Illumination Designs to revamp and elevate their newly purchased home. We installed downlights in the patio area, brightly illuminating it and making the space an extension of the home’s interior. The lighting both creates an inviting environment for entertaining and accentuates the unique texture of the exterior.
Moving out into the yard, we added uplights to the spaced trees to keep their beautiful leaves perfectly illuminated and allow these Texas homeowners to get the most out of their fall foliage. Our strategic lightscape allows for the deck area to stay lit and usable late into the night.
On the other side of the yard, we continued to keep the lighting muted near the pool, allowing for midnight swims that feel serene and calming. We installed more uplighting and moonlighting to the old-growth tree that frames the space and casts intricate shadows over an otherwise open area, creating an almost fairytale environment when paired with the colorful landscaping. In the outskirts of the yard, we added more uplights that keep the whole space feeling warm and bright. At the custom putting green, we added mini flood uplights that keep the course illuminated for a game any time.
Surrounding the duo basketball and tennis court, we added a row of uplights that highlight the orderly trees forming a fence around the recreation spot. The lights not only keep the trees illuminated and keep them from fading into the background but also work with the brighter floodlights to keep the court ready for some late night practice.
This property is full of fun spots for activities, from swimming, to basketball, to golf, and even volleyball.
